Seasons Greetings from our Nature's Select Pet Food Crew!
Our founder, Paul Cavanaugh, is taking some time to write to our amazing customers and reflect on the past year for our pet food biz. Check out his 2024 letter below - We appreciate your choosing our brand and supporting us this year! Happy Holidays from our family to yours.

Their new puppy, Miss Liberty Bell, was adopted in November 2024 and loves coming to work. Their grandson Jay is our cute "Santa helper" who comes in 2 days a week to wave to customers (Megan's 1.5 year old son) Vixen roaming the pet food warehouse as our Chief Tasting Officer - yum! Our new Brea office location where we moved on Nov 1st 2024. We truly are a family business around here! Thank you for you choosing Nature’s Select this holiday season.
2024 Year in Review -
Another successful year for us, but it was extra special being our BIG 30th anniversary! We paid homage to our humble beginnings as Paul's Pet Food Delivery Express on our 30th tee shirt design this year and you may even spot an old friend - they're pretty cool if I do say so myself. We appreciate all of our amazing long time loyal customers continuing to choose our family brand of pet food - your support truly means the world us all. Broke a lot of sales/order records in 2024 but excited to continue to gain on that momentum in 2025.
In order to continue offering our signature Free Home Delivery to our lifelong loyal customers, we made the decision to downsize our main office location and utilize family-owned fulfillment centers on both the East & West Coast. While we no longer pack our orders in house in for shipping, we are still proud to offer our quality customer support and friendly service. This move allowed us to stay ahead of the rising costs of doing business out of our home state of California, and continue to offer quality to our customers above all else at affordable prices. While we are a little sad to say goodbye to our Anaheim location we’ve operated in for over 15+ years, we know it’s just the beginning of a new era - we are committed to continue serving you with excellence. Looking forward to seeing our local customers at our new location in Brea (same day pickup available and walk-ins still welcome!) Our family thanks you for your ongoing support of our small business and appreciate your patience as we navigate this important transition.
We welcomed our Nature's Select of Riverside California customer base back in August (hope you're enjoying your retirement, Rick & Shelly!) Thanks to our amazing partners that we work with including K9 Units, Animal Shelters, Rescue Groups and Service Dog Organizations that help us give back to our communities nationwide. We're proud to support you guys and help continue to make a difference for animals & our US Vets in need - God Bless America.
On a Personal Note -
My wife Diana and I finally got the courage to take the leap and adopt another dog after losing our Lucy. Everyone meet Miss Liberty "Bell" a rescue puppy we got last month. She's a little spitfire full of energy but she sure is cute and makes us smile in and out of the office. It's nice having a little fur friend at our feet again. As a family we've shared many fun memories this year together with our kids and with our handsome grandson enjoying birthdays, parties, river trips, backyard bbqs, swimming and watching the sunset together. After a minor health scare late last year I worked through obstacles and overcame challenges to be at my best and am happy to say I'm feeling great. Being healthy to enjoy life's simple moments is such a blessing isn't it?
Looking Ahead to 2025 -
I'm hopeful for an even better year ahead full of growth, exploring potential partnerships, possible new products and of course meeting new friends along the way.
