Season’s Greetings
Merry Christmas from our Family to Yours!
To our Loyal Nature's Select Customers -
Wow...how is it the end of the year already? Time sure does fly by when you're a small business. But especially so when you're one dealing with hurdle after hurdle. First we had production delays, then major inflation, fuel spikes & fuel shortages, products being in and out of stock causing us to make the ultimate decision to transition to a brand new state of the art manufacturer in January 2023. We will share more information with you all about our new manufacturing process next month.
In the meantime, please know that we're currently working hard on our production in Texas to get our popular recipes back in stock all across the country including our Grain Free Recipes, Coastline Catch & Farm Fresh, and our Feline Recipe. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding these delays but please know that we will take care of you as best we can and offer courtesy discounts to those customers who are affected with their favorite recipes being temporarily out of stock. As long as all goes according to plan we will have everything back in stock & available to ship by January 15th if not sooner. We will keep all customers notified as soon as we have new details available. We sincerely thank you all for staying with us and being so loyal despite the battles we've had to overcome the past few years. We know it was difficult to say the least but we got through it, together. We are extremely lucky that we are still in business today and blessed to be able to continue to service you all going into the new year ahead. Many other businesses cannot say the same so we recognize that blessing in and of itself.
Wishing you and yours lots of fun, good health, bountiful joy, and prosperity in 2023. We appreciate all of you for your continued business, your patience & understanding as we navigated the ups and downs of 2022, and most of all of your kind messages of support. We got hundreds of emails and phone calls from you guys offering kind words of wisdom, cute pictures of your pets, funny jokes, and wise pieces of advice for our family and our staff members. It's always a joy to service you and your furry family members, you make us smile more than you know. We are looking forward to some exciting surprises in store for our family business next year with a fresh start and a chance to grow without issues, delays, or shortages. Our new manufacturer is actually made up of a team of some dear friends who are a business that is also family owned and operated so we can say with full confidence that the best is yet to come!
