Please be advised that we are entering our busiest time of year! The hustle and bustle of the holidays are just around the corner and we’re preparing for our highest peak volume yet as we experience more growth this season. Our team works on overtime due to the peak volume of packages going out over the holiday season ahead. We are doing all that we possibly can to service your pet food needs through the busy season ahead! Your patience is appreciated as our small warehouse team navigates the holiday months to come.
We do recommend having an extra bag on hand if possible. Being prepared for a storm, natural disaster, holiday travel plans and beyond is always encouraged by our team. Better to be over prepared than underprepared, right? Having more dog food than you need is always better than not having enough to get by the next mealtime.
Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours or less in the order they are received. We will do our very best to pick, pack, and ship all orders in a timely manner. Know that shipping delays are possible in the winter/holiday months, so we do recommend placing your pet food orders earlier than usual. Please take this time to check on your current pet food supply. Do you have enough to make it 7-10 days with your current food supply? If not, it’s best to place an a pet food reorder ahead of time to be on the safe side!

Please place your pet food reorder up to 2 weeks in advance to avoid running out completely.

Have an emergency backup pet food supply on hand for holiday travel, winter weather delays, etc
Keep a small pet food bag handy for out-of-town four-legged guests visiting your home during the holidays.
